HOW TO PICK UP THE #10 PIN IN BOWLING
Information on How to Pick Pick Up the 10 Pin in Bowling.
The 10 pin in bowling is one of the most dreaded and feared spares to convert. In addition, it is probably one of the most common pins left in the sport of bowling.
There are several methods and theories on how to convert this spare, but this is one you might consider and most of the pros use it.
First find your strike spot on the approach, then count 10 boards to the left of that spot (Note: this is for right handed bowlers). Move your feet to that spot, now on the lane look cross lane at the arrows to the pin find the middle arrow and aim 3 boards left. Roll your ball over that spot using a flat release and roll your ball toward the pin. In addition, use the same ball as your strike ball.
Rules:
1. Move 10 boards left on the approach of your strike shot.
2. Find 3 boards left of the middle arrow.
3. Aim cross the lane.
4. Roll your ball over that spot.
5. Use a flat release.
6. Roll your ball toward the pin.
7. Use the same bowling ball as your strike ball.
